The records division is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed holidays.

Record Requests can be submited via onlinemail or email, or by fax.

If you would like to submit via mail, please mail your completed record request form to: 805 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah 84010

 

If you would like to submit via email, please email your completed record request form to: policerecords@bountifulutah.gov

Requests will be processed as quickly as possible.  In most cases citizens will be able to obtain a copy of their report in one visit to the records division.  However, in some cases it may take ten business days or longer to receive a copy of the report depending upon the circumstances of the investigation. A records personnel will keep you updated of the status of your request.

Please remember, you must pick up the report in person and show photo identification.
