Upcoming Citizen Academy – March 13th

Bountiful City PD is proud to continue our participation in the Davis County Citizen Academy.  If you missed the announcement last year, this is a program taught by police officers in your community who will present on topics including a day in the life of an officer, traffic stops, firearms training, scenarios, and other insights into what law enforcement does and why we do it.

The next Academy starts March 13th, and meets every Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM, for 13 weeks. Application packets are due as soon as possible, and include 3 forms.  First is the application itself, which includes a background check.  Second is a medical screening form, and third is a release of liability.

These forms are all available at the links below, and any questions can be directed to Asst. Chief Biehler at 801-298-6037.  He may also be emailed at biehler@bountifulutah.gov.

We look forward to working with you!  To view the Davis County Sheriff’s Office press release, click here.
