Important Firework Information

Hello residents and visitors, this is just a reminder of the fireworks restrictions still in place.

Bountiful City has opted to restrict the use of any and all fireworks east of Orchard (South of 500 South) and east of 400 E. (North of 500 South).

The Bountiful City Police Department will have extra personnel assigned to enforce these restrictions during times when firework usage is anticipated to be the highest. The Bountiful City Police Department appreciates your cooperation in keeping our city safe!

The state code regulating when fireworks can be discharged is 53-7-225, and the times fireworks can be discharged in July are as follows;

- Between July 1st and July 7th, July 21st and July 27

- The hours fireworks may be discharged are between 11AM and 11PM, except on July 4 and July 24, the hours are 11AM. to midnight.
